2. Your Treatment
During a chemical peel treatment, a solution containing various chemicals will be applied to your skin. The solution is typically left on the skin for a specific amount of time, allowing it to penetrate and break down dead skin cells and other impurities. Once the desired time is reached, the solution is neutralised and removed from the skin. The treatment usually takes 30 minutes.

You’ll need to avoid direct sunlight and use SPF sunscreen to protect the treated area from harmful UV rays. We would also advise you to avoid excessive heat, such as hot showers or saunas, as this can irritate the skin. When the skin peels, do not scratch or pick at it.
