Below are the terms and conditions under which Ace Skin Health Clinic offers its services to clients. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood them before booking a treatment or consultation. We reserve the right to amend or change these terms and conditions from time to time.
Appointments
- All customers must be at least 18 years old to start treatment.
- Ace Skin Health Clinic will make every effort to ensure that your appointment takes place on time. However, should we need to cancel your appointment at short notice, we will endeavour to contact you in advance. All treatments cancelled by Ace Skin Health Clinic will be re-booked as soon as possible.
- All Ace Skin Health Clinic practitioners are trained and certified in accordance with the company’s treatment protocol. Therefore, we cannot guarantee continued treatment with any particular practitioner.
- Before your appointment, we will inform you of all the preparations required for your treatment. If you do not follow the instructions, this may result in your appointment being cancelled, the treatment time being shortened or additional costs being incurred.
- Note: Make-up, deodorant, perfume and creams should not be applied to the areas to be treated on the day of treatment. Although the areas to be treated are cleaned by our practitioners, we cannot be held responsible for the above-mentioned products that may remain in the skin pores and cause an adverse reaction. For laser hair removal: The area to be treated must be shaved 24 hours before treatment. The hair must not be waxed or plucked for 4 weeks before the treatment.
- A consultation form must be completed 48 hours before an appointment to ensure that you are suitable for the booked treatment.
- Treatments to remove blemishes require a consultation and assessment at the clinic before you can proceed with treatment.
Deposit
To secure a consultation appointment at Ace Skin Health Clinic, either in-clinic or online, a £50 deposit is required at the time of booking.
Redeemable Deposit
- The £50 deposit is fully redeemable against any recommended treatments or skincare products purchased in the clinic.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice.
- Deposits cancelled with more than 72 hours’ notice will be refunded, less a £5 administration and transaction fee.
Consultation Fee
- If you choose not to proceed with any recommended treatments or products following your consultation, your £50 deposit will be retained as payment for the consultation time and professional advice provided.
Medical Suitability
- If, following your consultation, it is determined that treatment cannot be carried out because it would be medically unsafe or inappropriate, your deposit will be refunded, less a £5 administration and transaction fee.
Thank you for your understanding. Our deposit policy helps us reserve dedicated appointment time while ensuring every patient receives a thorough and personalised consultation.
Cancellation Policy
- If you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact us at least 72 hours before your appointment. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, our cancellation policy will apply, i.e. you will have to pay a £50 fee.
- If you do not attend your appointment and do not try to let us know, you may be charged a £50 fee or lose your treatment.
- If you arrive late for your appointment, this may result in your treatment time being shortened, you losing your appointment or a fee being charged.
Pricing and payments
- Pricing: Prices for treatments or courses of treatments may vary during promotional periods. Please check and confirm prices by phone or at the clinic.
- Payments by card: We ask you to pay by card or contactless whenever possible. All major credit and debit cards are accepted.
- Payments: All treatments purchased as a course or package must be paid in full before the first treatment.
- Payment by instalments for treatment plans is possible and can be discussed during your consultation.
- Klarna is available at checkout and can be used towards treatments, packages, treatment plans and products.
- Expiry: All treatments in a course must be used within 24 months of the date of purchase. Treatments that have not been used after 24 months will automatically expire, and a new package must be purchased. Exceptions are made if medical reasons require disruptions of treatment.
Suitability for treatment
- We will always check that the treatment is suitable for you before we carry out any treatment. Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable.
- You (client) must read through the information provided and complete a medical history form before having any treatment carried out.
- You (client) must read through the information provided and sign the relevant consent forms before any treatment. We cannot carry out any treatment without your written consent.
- You (the client) are responsible for providing Ace Skin Health Clinic with all relevant information about your medical history and medication prior to any treatment. All existing clients will be asked to sign a declaration confirming that their medical history has not changed since the date of completion. Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to ask for the medical history form to be completed again at any time.
Skin Preparation
- For certain treatments, skin types, and medical conditions, you may be advised to prepare your skin before treatment using specific skincare products. This preparation helps optimise your results while reducing the risk of complications.
- Following your consultation, your practitioner will recommend a personalised skincare preparation plan. These products can be purchased or ordered directly through the clinic.
- If you choose to purchase the recommended products from another supplier, please ensure they are the exact products and formulations prescribed by your practitioner. We reserve the right to postpone or refuse treatment if we believe the skin has not been adequately prepared or if proceeding would compromise your safety or treatment outcome.
- Our priority is always to provide treatments safely and achieve the best possible results for your skin.
- Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who presents a risk without skin prep.
Patch test
- A laser patch test must be performed by your practitioner 72 hours before starting any laser treatments in the clinic.
- Before you use a new product, you must do a patch test. A patch test involves applying a small amount of a product to the skin and leaving it there to see if a reaction occurs.(hives, itchy skin, a rash, facial swelling, irritation of the eyes, nose and mouth, wheezing, and anaphylaxis)
- You must notify the clinic if any reaction has occurred as soon as possible
Refund Policy
- Treatment courses are only refundable for medical reasons. Any refund agreed between the customer and Ace Skin Health Clinic will be calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already used. The difference is the amount to be refunded.
- Products purchased at the clinic are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Liability Policy
- Ace Skin Health Clinic shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including but not limited to loss of profit) or any other special, indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the provision of goods and/or services to the customer.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provides us with all relevant medical information prior to any treatment. We will not be liable for any damages caused by the client’s failure to provide us with this information.
- The client agrees to follow all instructions and/or recommendations given to him/her by or on behalf of Ace Skin Health Clinic practitioners in relation to the care of a treated area.
Drunk or under the influence of drug substances
- Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to clients who display disruptive behaviour and are obviously under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Gift Cards
- Ace Skin Health Clinic gift cards can be used as full or partial payment for a treatment or treatment package. You will not receive change. The remaining balance will be left on the gift card and can be used for future purchases.
- Ace Skin Health Clinic gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Ace Skin Health Clinic gift cards are currently valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- The minimum amount that can be added to an Ace Skin Health Clinic Gift Card in a single transaction is £10.
Complains
- We aim to provide a service that meets the needs of our customers and we strive to provide a high standard of care.
- However, if you have a problem with any matter relating to your treatment at Ace Skin Health Clinic, you have the right to make a complaint in person, by telephone or in writing. If you require assistance in making your complaint, we will be happy to help and support you throughout the process.
- We are committed to an effective and fair complaints system.
- A full complaint procedure is available upon request.

1. Ace Glow Pass Membership
The Ace Glow Pass is a monthly skin health membership designed to support long-term skin goals through consistent, personalised care.

- 1 × Advanced Bespoke Facial or 1 × Chemical Peel
- 1 × Skin Booster with LED Therapy
- 20% off all advanced treatments (including RF Microneedling, HIFU, Laser Treatments, Exosomes and more)
- 10% off all skincare products
- Priority booking
- Ongoing skin assessments and treatment planning
2. Ace Core Restore Membership
Designed for clients who have completed their initial course of Pelvio treatments and wish to maintain their results.
Monthly Fee: £75 (via Direct Debit)
Monthly Inclusions
- 1 × Ace Core Restore (Pelvio) maintenance session per month
- Priority booking
- Ongoing progress reviews
3. Ace Body Sculpt Membership
Designed for clients who have completed their initial Genesis Body Sculpt course and wish to maintain their muscle strength and body contouring results.
Monthly Fee: £99 (via Direct Debit)
Monthly Inclusions
- 1 × Ace Body Sculpt (Genesis) maintenance session per month
- Priority booking
- Ongoing progress reviews
4. Ace Ultimate Transformation Membership
Our complete body wellness maintenance programme, combining pelvic floor rehabilitation with body sculpting.
Monthly Fee: £149 (via Direct Debit)
Monthly Inclusions
Choose one of the following each month:
- 2 × Ace Body Sculpt (Genesis) sessions, or
- 1 × Ace Body Sculpt (Genesis) session plus 1 × Ace Core Restore (Pelvio) session
Also includes:
- Priority booking
- Ongoing body composition and progress reviews
General Membership Terms
Payment & Billing
- Membership fees are collected by Direct Debit on the 1st day of each month.
- Minimum commitment: 3 consecutive months.
Cancellations
- 30 days’ written notice is required.
- Memberships cannot be cancelled during the initial 3-month term unless agreed due to exceptional circumstances.
Membership Pause
Memberships may be paused for:
- Medical reasons
- Extended travel
Pauses:
- Must be requested in advance
- Granted in monthly increments
- Maximum 2 months per calendar year
Booking Appointments
- Included sessions must be used within the same membership month.
- Sessions cannot be carried forward unless cancelled by the clinic.
- Treatments are non-transferable.
Missed Appointments
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may result in that month’s treatment being forfeited.
Discounts
Product and treatment discounts cannot be combined with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
Clinic Rights
Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to suspend or terminate a membership where:
- Payments fail repeatedly.
- Clinic policies are breached.
- Behaviour is abusive or unsafe.
Changes
Ace Skin Health Clinic reserves the right to amend membership pricing or terms by providing 30 days’ written notice.
