Results are built during your treatment course. They are maintained through consistency.
These memberships are not standalone treatments and are recommended only after completing an initial treatment plan, once optimal results have been achieved.
Treatments such as body sculpting and pelvic floor strengthening work progressively, building strength, tone, and function over time. Without maintenance, the body may gradually return to its baseline.

Can I share my sessions with a friend or family member?
To ensure we can track your specific skin or body progress and maintain a consistent treatment plan, memberships are non-transferable and for your use only.
What if I’m going on holiday or need a break?
We understand life happens! You can pause your membership for up to 2 months per year for travel or medical reasons with prior notice. This ensures you don’t lose your member pricing.
What happens if I don’t use my treatment in that month?
Your monthly treatments are designed to support consistent skin progress, so they should be used within the same month. Unused treatments do not roll over, unless your appointment was rescheduled by the clinic.
Will my treatments always be the same each month?
No, and that’s intentional. Your skin changes, and your treatments will change with it. Each session is adapted based on what your skin needs at that moment, ensuring a personalised and results-driven approach.
What happens if I want a more advanced treatment one month?
One of the key benefits of the membership is flexibility. You can upgrade to advanced treatments at 20% off, simply paying the difference on the day.
For example, if you choose microneedling with transdermal solutions (normally £259), your 20% membership discount and the £119 membership fee (if you do not also have a facial or a chemical peel) reduce the price to approximately £88.
Do I have to commit to a minimum term?
Yes. The membership has a minimum commitment of 3 months. This is because skin requires time and consistency to respond to treatment, and meaningful results cannot be achieved through a single session. We want you to see the results you’re paying for!
Do I still need skincare at home?
Yes. In-clinic treatments and homecare complement each other. Your membership includes guidance and product discounts to support your results between visits and protect your investment in your skin.
